God Bless America!

We had a great day yesterday. We started off with the neighborhood parade that included a firetruck, ambulance and lots of kids on decorated bikes. Then we spent the rest of the morning playing outside (in the 94 degree heat).

Later in the afternoon, Mamaw & Papaw Riggs, Uncle Travis and Jamie came over for a cookout. We ate WAY too much food, but had a good time. Then we went to Mt. Juliet to see the fireworks. They were VERY good - lasted about 40-45 minutes and the girls loved it. Of course, they lost interest after about 20 minutes, but they still had a good time.
