So the girls are going to bible school this week. I made arrangements with a friend who's kids are also in bible school to go work out after we drop off the critters each day. Very excited about this opportunity to get back into the habit of working out. We started today. Worked out HARD for about 1 1/2 hours.
Now my knee hurts - BAD!
It has been a bit sore the past month. I just thought it was overuse as I'm trying to get prepared for the 1/2 marathon next year (I'm short - no legs - have to train for a whole year to even attempt to finish - shut it!).
So - no more working out this week - I'm off to the doctor - lovely.
